William now focuses mainly on governance roles after many years providing high level strategic & management consulting to boards and business owners, including working in distressed companies, corporate restructuring, company evaluations, mergers and acquisitions, forensic investigation services and litigation support.
William brings a unique understanding of the business world, with a background in the Corporate space. He has held senior roles at DFC, Contact Energy, Tower, Allied Farmers, Claymark, Solid Energy, Watsons & Sons and Partridge Jewellers, as well as many years at ANZ and Westpac earlier in his career, and has completed many projects in business integration, technology development and implementation, and internal control and risk analysis.
